Refund Policy
Payments for Modlocus Menu are processed by our payment provider, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through our payment provider to the original payment method.
First payment: 14-day money-back
If you are not satisfied, email support@modlocusmenu.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable once charged, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a cancellation we confirmed), contact us and we will correct it.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial requires no payment details, so you are never charged for it. You are charged only if you choose a paid plan.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and usually takes several business days. Your paid features end when a refund is issued for the current period.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you by law.
